Ho Chi Minh City Open University

Ho Chi Minh City Open University (HCMCOU, www.ou.edu.vn), founded in 1990, offers an open way of training. HCMCOU provides a variety of programs from undergraduate to postgraduate ranging from on-site, distance learning, learning at satellite academic centers, aiming at meeting various learning needs. The joint Master programs with ULB have been provided successfully since 1995.

Three Master programs are running at the Open University of HCMC:

  • A Master in Business and Marketing Management (started in 2005) 
  • A part-time Master in Business Administration (started in 1995) 
  • A Master in Quality Management (started in 2006)

 

Hanoi National Economics University

Established in 1956, NEU is the leading education institution in economics and business management in Vietnam. The university has been cooperating with many prestigious education institutions from over 50 countries in the world. This cooperation, combining with the tough recruitment, results in high quality and experienced teaching staff who meet the requirements of international education programs.
The Faculty of International Education was established to develop international education programs, which aims at synthesizing all the University's strengths, so as to build up and run NEU's internationally recognized education programs.

FIDECO

HCMC Fisheries Development Corporation (FIDECO), founded and chaired by Dr Tran Huu Chinh was established in 1989. In 1993, the company changed to Foreign Trade Development & Foreign Trade Corporation of Ho Chi Minh city.

FIDECO is now a strong economic group active in industrial park development, real estate development, trading & import-export, financial investment and management training. Recently, FIDECO has established state of the art training facilities in its new Fideco Tower strategically situated in down-town area (District 1) of Ho Chi Minh City. FIDECO aims at providing short-term and long-term training courses in cooperation with top foreign universities.

FIDECO and SBSEM/ULB want to build a long term strategic partnership starting with the launch of the first Executive Master in Entrepreneurship (EME) program in Vietnam.
